Q: if you want to sell stuff like this you need to supply: large = xx inches, so what are the sizes in inches, get it?

The sizes are now displayed on the sixth picture. When I weighed 240-290 pound the XXL worked great for me, now that I am below 200 pounds it’s impossible to fasten. Loved this brace, great support. I recently ordered a Large, unfortunately Amazon delivered a medium.

Yes, but I would not do that. You will get more life out of it if you don't throw it in the machine.

its neoprene with triangular holes to allow the shoulder blades to move freely.

Q: Will this restrict my arms from reaching up to catch a football? I’m a wide receiver

That’s a very hard question. It definitely restricts motion by holding your shoulder in place. I jet ski with mine on but do not raise my arms over my head. Depending on your injury a less restrictive shoulder brace may give you the freedom of motion you want. These braces run very small.
