HOW TO USE: While the pad is still in the bag, fold in half with the top touching the bottom until the ice pad pops. Shake lightly to activate cooling. Remove from bag, peel off adhesive strip and apply to panties for no longer than 20 minutes. Discard after use. Storage: Store at room temperature. Keep away from extreme temperatures. Do not exceed 104°F/40°C. Keep away from open flames. Do not refrigerate or freeze.
