No need to freeze wet food
This company manufactures commercial vacuum packing machines and commercial vacuum bags. I've been using their vacuum bags for about a year and a half now and they hold up in the freezer very well. I've been using the FoodSaver brand vacuum sealer system since they sold their first machines over 15 years ago. I started looking for a replacement to the FoodSaver bags when the price went up and the quality went down, these bags cost less and just work better. I buy organic grains in bulk (up to 25 lbs), vacuum pack and freeze to extend the shelf life and nutrition. Almost all bags (2lbs average) have kept the vacuum for a year and longer banging around in the freezer. These bags will also pull a strong vacuum with wet foods and seal tight, no need to freeze wet foods first. My FoodSaver model FM-2100 (Costco) has a "moist foods" setting that works well with these bags. The bags are sold in rolls that are exactly twice too large to fit the FoodSaver brand machines. Save one of the cardboard centers from the bags you are using now and roll half of the larger roll on it to make two rolls that exactly fit the FoodSaver machine.

Great Seal! Best aftermarket for our Ziploc Sealer/Kenmore Sealer/Foodsaver
We've purchased many aftermarket bags after overpaying for the "brand" name. These bags have the upgraded "checkered" style imprint, which cross vacuums liquids and slows their trek to the vacuum compartment. They are medium thickness when compared to some name brand bags, but are made of a more durable polymer than the thicker style lined bags. They stretch easier to conform to the food, but hold up to the sealer bar and make a nice complete seal. We've had excellent freshness with everything from dried items to cooked items. The price is excellent for the amount of bags per roll, way cheaper than anything we find at retail local.Time and time again, the bags have provided excellent seals with no issues.A few tips for the complainers (or people that don't understand basic thermodynamics of melting plastics) to try before they give up--Pat dry wet items (Raw chicken, Meats, etc.) to avoid juices cooling off your heat seal bar.-Use a simple ziplock bag to pre-freeze wet items like soup or gravy, then remove them to these.-Use a quality napkin rolled up at the end of the bag to catch wet streams to avoid cooling the heat bar.-Allow enough bag to separate the food from the sealer...allow the vacuum to form without the food getting in the way.-If you have an issue with a seal due to liquid or food being caught in the seal, back off a 1/2" and reseal.-Allow your sealer to cool off between seals...10-15 bags straight will over-temp the heat bar and usually causes the sealer to lose heat.-Clean the heat strip often...Best bags we've used in 10 years...no illusion...yellow bow tie not included...it's a seal deal...

Works well with my Food Saver brand sealer.
I have ordered these rolls in the past because I find they work well with my Food Saver sealer and are a decent value for the money. I was spending too much on the precut brand name bags and found for my purposes they were wasteful only because the things I was freezing were not always big enough to make using a whole bag worth it. Now, I cut the roll to the size I need and actually have come out ahead in the bag count. They are easy to use and I have not had any difficulties with them that weren't my own fault - for example - I had sealed one side too close to the edge and didn't realize it so after I put my cutlets in and vac sealed the other side it was not fully vacuuming all the air out. Lesson learned...I pay closer attention and haven't had the problem since. I have only used them for freezing so far and everything comes out as fresh as it was the day I bought it.

Good bags
These vacuum sealers bags did a good job and are comparable to the name brand more expensive vac bags. I have repurchased the bags multiple times because they do work well. I only gave it a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star rating because some of the beef bones did poke through the bags and created a hole in the bag while trying to seal. Not as thick as necessary for beef rib bones and rabbit bones. I just took another piece of bag and placed over sharp bone edges to double up the thickness then resealed.

Great bags comparable to Foodsaver for far less money.
I do a lot of Sous Vide cooking and these bags are excellent! Compared side by side they are very similar to the expensive Foodsaver bags. I'm using an older Foodsaver machine, model number V2440. I list the model number because some of the low star reviews say these bags are hard to vacuum and seal. I have had no difficulty with my machine, these bags vacuum and seal the same as the Foodsaver bags. I got a great buy on two hams recently that have been cut up, sealed and frozen. No difficulty with sealing any of the bags. Note that the Foodsaver bags come on 25' rolls and these are 50' rolls. They will not fit inside your machine so you have to roll your own off the bulk roll. A small investment in time for great savings on the bags. I will order these again.

Great find price wise and so faar they seem to really fill the bill
If you have looked for replacements these are expensive when you get them in stores. They have to be cut out of the machine or backed in from the out side to use the cutter, that said they are heavy duty and seem to work very. They do not store in the sealer unless you off role to reduce the size of the roll. I think it is a good buy.

Great thickness
I think these are better than the Foodsaver bags - certainly they are thicker (at least from the bags I've had). I took food sealed in these backpacking and it was great. Very sturdy. Even the food that was at the bottom of my pack, with a lot of weight on top and being jostled, no problems. It held its seal and protected the food until I opened them. Great and economical.
