We do not suggest that you wear sunglasses with smoked lenses to read your computer screen due to the fact that most sunglasses absorb a lot of light, making it difficult to see what is on the screen. If your monitor has good brightness if you wear sunglasses, you may need to turn your brightness up all the way just to get good reading brightness.

No, these lenses should be pretty tight in the frame as they not really designed to be interchanged like other styles.
