What Kotler has to say is just not that interesting since Marketing 3.0. Other authors cover the same topic in a much better manner.

複雑化するカスタマージャーニーに対応するために必要となる視点や内容を事例を示しながら説明しており、非常に理解しやすかった。トラッキングすべきカスタマージャーニーを5A‘sでまとめているのは、参考になった。コトラーというと古典的なマーケティングというイメージを勝手に抱いていたが、最近の事例もフォローしており、体系的によくまとめられた内容になっていると思う。
