Great for pregnancy! I used mine through the 2nd and 3rd trimester. Color is very pretty, easy to pump up, and feels durable.

Well made product, easy to inflate. Color is the exact same as the photos. However, be careful with sizing. I am 5'1" and originally purchased the medium. I filled the ball up as far as it could go and my knees sat well above my hips. If you are using this for pregnancy your hips HAVE to be above your knees. I am unsure about using it for working out but when your knees are above your hips it causes misalignment and could lead to lower back pain.

Great yoga ball! Material is fairly durable but it won't hold up to kitty claws so definitely keep out of reach of the feline family members! Great price for the quality! I love the pretty colors to choose from! Firmness depends on the level of inflation but when you blow it all the way up it's very firm! Has the right amount of give/bounce to it, great for stretching your back or sitting on top strengthen your core! I didn't notice any strong/foul odor, it smells like you would expect this type of plastic to smell! It came with extra plugs and a foot pump which allowed for a fun little leg workout to pump it up!

I’ve been really enjoying this yoga ball for pregnancy exercises! It’s perfect for any type of flooring due to its texture which is great so you don’t slip off it. It does need to be re-inflated sometimes but not super often which is to be expected with most balls. Overall works well for its purpose!
