Upgraded Folding Saddle with backrest for Meetone Electric Tricycle

This seat will work on the meetone tour model and is far more comfortable than the stock seat and backrest, however there are complaints about no seat adjustment if one installs it on the tour model.I bought a meetone tour model and also bought this custom seat at the same time, when the trike finally arrived I installed the seat before even the trikes madin voyage because I wanted the most comfortable ride possible, the stock seat that comes with the trike is more comfortable than most ebike seats but nothing like this seat.However I need some adjustment and in looking at how the trike is built I noticed you had to take the basket off anyway to install the seat mounting brackets, once the brackets are installed along with the seat turn the basket 180 degrees and install the front 2 bolts but do not tighten yet...Now if you take the 2 curved brackets that come with the stack seat you will find that the holes on the curved bracket line up perfectly with back hole of the basket and a bolt that holds down a plastic shield on the trike, reinstall the bolt through the bracket and back into the hole it came out of, do the same for the other side and tighten all 4 bolts.This is all covered by a basket liner that comes with the trike and will give the basket the strength it had when it was bolted down in the original place, so much so that you can pick the back end of the trike off the ground and move it around if you had to. You're not going to use these 2 brackets if you put on the custom seat anyways.Plus now you have 6 inches of seat adjustment and you don't have to give up your basket either.The basket sticks out a little further (about 6 inches) but does not affect the view of reflector or tail lights.
