Comfortable, easy to put on

I wasn't sure what to expect. I've heard these weighted vests are a good thing to walk with. I weigh 120 pounds and got an 8 pound vest. It's manageable, but very noticeable while walking. Perhaps I should have gotten a lighter vest, but I like a good work out. This is small in size. I am 5 feet and this feels very short and compact and maybe that's how these are supposed to fit. I have been wearing it and I think I am getting used to it. It seems to be made well and hopefully adds to my walking work out.

I've been wanting a weighted vest for a while but never pulled the trigger. I ended up going with the 20 pound vest and I love itt! The fit is snug yet comfortable, and the adjustable straps make it easy to customize. The weight is evenly distributed, so it doesn’t feel bulky or awkward during workouts. Perfect for walking, running, and strength training. The only thing I would change is I wish there was a strap towards the bottom of the vest to keep it from bouncing if you go running with it on. Overall great quality and worth every penny!
