There is no mention of the grade? is this grade a amber, or grade a dark?

It clearly says "Grade A" Amber and dark are not part of the grading system. That is COLOR not GRADE. The color iss Amber.

I received the runamok variety pack instead of the whistlepig. Is there a reason for this?

Is the one in bourbon kosher now, is it grade b equivalent, and is the process free of canola?

This Runamok Maple & WhistlePig Rye Whiskey Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup is absolutely divine! This syrup is amazing. The best thing we have done with it so far is baste baby back ribs at one point in the cooking on the smoker. Gives the ribs amazing flavor.
