Q: Will it fit the jbl partybox 110?

If it will mount on a standard pole yes I have two JBL speakers that fit perfectly fine with them

Q: What material is the sliding coupling that attaches the legs to the vertical tube made off? Also, what material is the tubing made off?

Slide coupling is plastic and poles are all steel. I am only holding up just om 10 speakers and they work great.

Q: Do these work for the harbinger m120?

Not sure. They work for the Fender Passport.
