This product is sold via Amazon.au to Australia however it arrived with an American plug. I’m not sure if the seller just wasn’t aware that there’s different plugs in different countries or what. Thankfully most people outside the US have a travel adaptor but was definitely a shock to get a product sold on Australian Amazon that came standard with an American plug?

I’m pleased with this purchase! The wax is gentle. Although I will say the wax is meant for an in between thickness type of hair. Thin hair, it’ll be perfect (face, arms, stomach) but for the courser hair areas (underarms, Brazilian, legs) it’ll take a few pulls.

Great warmer but the wax doesn’t seem to grab all the hair. I used to use a microwave ax and their wax grabbed well. Will continue to use but maybe try another brand of wax…

ThANK U SO, SO, SO MUCH!!! I have to reinvest in one after 15 years of my old one, and I had no idea where to satart...if u always wax ourself, dont worry, it's the same, and u are a PRO as I am. If u are a beginner is SO CLEAR!! TIPS ARE THE BEST ONES, SO GO AHEAD AND DO IT. Waxing at the beggining could be challenging but believe that it's the best way. Thank U!!

Great product. Works well although one bag of beads is barely enough for a particular area (depending on the amount of hair). I recommend using powder while waxing.
