WOW!!!!! I have been struggling with High BP for years!!! Started at 28 for me after my 3rd child. I’m not big on pharma medications. I have tried them in the past but I have a reaction to everything I’ve tried. I refuse to be put on blockers because I think feeling your feelings is so very important in life and what makes us human… at 32 years old, I turned my life around, changed my diet completely, lost 75lbs, became an herbalist, a nutrition adviser, product formulator to avoid hidden chemicals in home and beauty products, I have been studying minerals and the body for years now but even after all my success in understanding health, my blood pressure hasn’t budged except once in a while go higher. Quick version, I know it is to do with calcium being pulled from the bones which calcifies the soft tissues aka blood vessels too (of course there way more to this also)… this all has to do with what minerals were lacking or minerals we eat or take that compete with each other and not spacing them out properly. Why is it we eat healthy yet not feel better? Bad digestion ? Bad absorption? These things matter and you can change your entire life but unless you get your detox pathways cleared and start understanding where to find your vitamins in foods and when to consume them, you may struggle forever. This is why the saying, everything in moderation, is key to mineral health. I’m talking healthy foods that some people will not eat at all like going completely vegan.. I’m all for it except that we do need a little bit of animal protein once in a while to help maintain these minerals, or people who go carb free… that’s crazy to me. We need potassium more than most understand but when you know where to find healthy potassium it makes all the difference. Food is energy, our body is energy. We can’t feed it dead processed synthetic food or vitamins and expect it to help our health. It just doesn’t work that way. I once used cornsilk and policosanol and benfotiamine and this was a combination that helped lower my BP once. But after about a month the cornsilk stopped agreeing with me and I broke out in a massive dermatitis infection on my face due to the corn. I stopped taking just the cornsilk and my dermatitis went away but my BP went back up. Bummer. This supplement blend with nattokinase was something I hadn’t tried yet, and after learning more about the fibers that get stuck in our vessels and spike protiens, I thought about my chicken bumps on my arms. People that have this, these bumps are too much protein in the skin. So I thought, well I know I produce more than needed protein so I’m gonna try this. I have been taking these for less than a week. It started to go down though after 2 days. But this number is HUGE for me! About 6 months ago I went to talk to my doctor about something totally unrelated and of course they made it all about my BP. It was 222/198. Of course they were freaking out, I wasn’t and reassured them I wasn’t visiting about my BP but he talked me into a prescription, it was a beta blocker, started with an M… can’t remember. After reading all about it I decided no way I’m picking that up. So I’ve slowly been trying to do new things I haven’t tried, hibiscus tea regularly, liquid turmeric, more veggies with healthy spices like turmeric, ginger, raw garlic, homemade bonebroth, seamoss etc… these herbs help me with so many other issues but not my BP. Recently I started liquid coQ10 from Costco and now just added this blend. I’ve tried coQ10 before and it never seemed to make any difference anywhere but maybe the liquid version and this blend together is what I needed. I am thrilled. I will be telling everyone I know about this product!! I’m subscribing! I make herbal tinctures, I have a whole basement apothecary, I know how to use herbs and how to heal just about everything natural but my BP has been my biggest challenge. I look forward to start studying the effects of these extra proteins and how in the world some people suffer with it vs other normal people. And to be clear I don’t give my family or me the pokes and for the most part we are very healthy. If we get a little bug, I concoct a throat spray, I cook high nutritious foods, less meats, pretty much more raw foods. Stomach bug used to get us all the time, now I juice some fresh fruits high in vitamin C, papaya or papaya powder, apple cider vinegar (which I make) and drink this drink for a whole day and it kills the tummy bug within hours. We just don’t get sick like we used to any more. I feel like I’m finally in the right direction!!

These enzymes are good quality and easy to take. They fit well into my overall suppplement stack. I think if you have any digestive or pain issues, this is a possible supplement to investigate and try out. It is also effective for blood clotting, so make sure it doesn't intereact with any other supplements or medications. I haven't noticed an outright boost of energy or amazing change yet, but with pretty much all supplementation, time will tell. Works great. Great for circulation. I was a smoker for 20 years, dumb I know. Circulation isn't great. I have been taking this for a few months and it's made a big difference. Recommended to a friend who was having tingling and numbness in hands and feet. 3rd day he said he was starting to feel a difference already. Good stuff. Has a MASSIVE amount of NUMEROUS enzymes for a fantastic price!! I used to pay more than this for JUST serrapeptase. This has it ALL. Took a few of these before bed the other night, and woke up VERY aware that I had in the morning. Works well for circulation. These enzymes also help with digestion, they'll help break down a heavy meal, or a heavy protein meal. I take on an empty stomach whenever possible so that the enzymes are used against unwanted anaerobic tissue, not food. But I have taken for food when feeling heavy and had good results. I was taking peptides for weight, this helped with digestion.
