Bought these for my 8 year olds eczema. They were inflamed and super itchy. I was hesitant on purchasing these because of the price point. But WOW! These were like magic! We applied them on clean skin and he stopped scratching and the inflammation went down. He had them on for 3 days and the redness, scratch marks were GONE! I ended up purchasing 4 more boxes! I have a rare vascular disease that has no cure and causes a lot of grief when it flares up. These dressings have been a god-send as they are large enough to cover most of the wound area but they also seem to have a moist healing and do not stick to the wounds. They are in short, awesome for any wound that is stubborn to heal.

How it will work is still up in the air, as I just applied it today. Reading the other reviews, many said it was not easy to apply. It was, Now I just need to wait to see how it helps in the healing process.

these helps a lot. It’s making the wound heal faster and because there’s no scabs forming there’s lesser chance for scars, sanitize it real good before applying the bandage, or you will end up with a perfect environment for infection. I clean it with wound wash whenever I’m replacing the bandage(when the dressing turns white), and works magically. I’m also buying silicone scar sheet to use after it heals completely. This is the second time I’ve needed really large bandages which could be left on a wound for more than a day (or 1/2 an hour in the case of most bandages). I would recommend them to anyone who needs to cover and protect a nasty wound.
