I have just started taking them, but they appear to be very good

Came as described and just started taking. They seem to be working already. It helping great for my inflammation and i can feel the difference in my joints.

I've only been using for 2 weeks but so far so good. I was taking 2 in the morning but switched to night time. I have lost 7 pounds since I started using these. I started using them because I was getting up all hours in the night to pee and gaining a lot of belly weight. I'm not a big eater and I when I do eat it's usually healthy things. So this has completely fixed all that. I feel less sleepy during the day but sleep great at night.
