Hi there, Thanks for reaching out to us! We will not make any claims that nutpods is a good source of plant sterols or plant stanols. Coconut cream contains an insignificant amount and is not recommended as a good source. Almonds are a better source, but since so little is consumed with a serving of nutpods we would not recommend our product as a good source. Q: How long can it stay open in the refrigerator and still be used

Hi there, nutpods 11.2oz cartons are shelf stable and can be stored in your pantry until opening. Refrigerate after opening and use within 7-10 days. Happy sipping! All the best, nutpods Customer Care

Q: How does it taste? Is it worth it??

The taste was nothing special. And it definitely wasn’t worth the price. I’ll stick with my coffee-mate sugar free flavored creamer, even though the chemical will do me in some day:)
