Q: How do you keep it clean?

I quit using it. Every time I remove it from my pool anything on top of it goes in the pool. Now I just clean out the pool more often

Q: What are the fixing tabs for? Are you able to secure them to them to the legs?

I actually don't use the fixing tabs because there is a drawstring, I pull and lock it and it fits and secures just fine.
