Q: I don't like that it has a cut down it to 8" can i get one without a cut down it?

The scored mark is a factory molded indent on the underside of the sluice matting; it does not affect the performance of the material. It is only available in this one style

Q: If i buy 2 will it be one full sheet or 2 separate pieces?

It will be two sheets but you could use gorilla tape on the bottom and connect the two seams together

Q: How does it stay in the sluice box?

First off , you may have to cut it to size to fit your sluice, there is nothing holding it in unless you create something. Good quality mat.

Q: is it 3' or 27" geeze, I hate it when the sellers have different measurements in different parts of the description...it makes a difference

It’s 27” I used it on my two foot sluice and it works great. Classify down to 1/8” any bigger small rocks get stuck in deep U but it catches gold!!!
