Q: Can this be used as a shampoo? is the ph as high as the gel?

Defense soap can be used on short hair. The PH of 9.6 is pretty consistent. This could be damaging for longer hair.

Q: Would this work for removing (light) makeup on the face every evening? I have dry skin.
