The price is 3.78 for a 28 ounce box you only get 1 not 18 that's no where in the description!

Q: How is it 13.60 for 1 box? These are 4.50 each in store. Are we expected to pay 9.00 for the convenience of not going out?

Delivery charge is a flat fee that would be added as well as Amazon fees. It is worth it for convenience and great customer service.
