It is not recommended for piston-engine planes. it is designed for quiet, turbine cockpits. It will not block enough of the sound in a Cessna.

which model suitable for Boing 737? i mean connection ?

Don’t know which is the most suitable for the 737, depends individual preference. I had David Clark and switch to Bose pro 2 and I’m very happy with it. Many of my colleagues are switching to Bose pro 2 with no complaints.

Does three year warranty add onto the 5 years

It does not appear so. The three year plan is more of an insurance type coverage against accidental damage. The manufacturers warranty is for defects, etc. Bose has very good customer service though. Not sure what use the added protection would be.
