I purchased this camera to use in house so that I can keep a watchful eye over a pet. The price was very good so I wasnt expecting a top of the range camera. When it arrived it was well packaged and felt very robust. The setup was extremely easy via an online App, I chose the wireless option and it was up and running in a couple of minutes. The quality was very good and even in total darkness you get a great picture quality. I have purchased a second camera for a different location and the app handles 2 cameras on different wifi networks. I am very pleased with this device. It also aacepts SD cards to record video, there is also an option to record via the clous and it works out at about a £1 a month. what a bargain.

I got this camera based off of the rating but I wish I didn’t, it doesnt work the lan port is faulty and it doesn’t beep to do it wirelessly, I also put my sd card in and it fell straight through to the bottom of the camera which I can’t get out. I was only offered I full refund if I returned it but after explaining my sd card has important information on and anyone can get it I don’t feel that’s right so they got me a full refund

Very happy with product so have bought second one for another room.Easy to set up. Cute - looks like a little robot. Clear video picture. Using it as baby minder/security camera. Can scan all around room using app on mobile phone (even when away from home). Motion in room sets off a little alarm.Bit of problem setting up Sd card but seller is helping me to sort this out. (otherwise, I would have given 5 stars!)

The camera is excellent, with very good day and night resolution. The pan/tilt/zoom feature, which allows you to get a comprehensive view of a room without black spots, works perfectly from my phone and tablet. By installing several cameras, all accessible from the app, I have been able create a pretty comprehensive internal security system for a very reasonable price. It is also possible to save images from the camera to the cloud, as well as a micro SD card, which is a useful bonus. As other reviewers have mentioned the power adapter is a possible weak spot, but the support from customer service when I reported the problem was excellent. They responded quickly and worked hard to ensure that I was fully satisfied.

Why didn’t you have booklet to help people to use it or simple brief paper in box.

I ordered two of these, unfortunately one didn't want to work, turned out it was just the USB power adapter. I contacted the seller and they responded right away with a choice to either to refund enough to buy a new adapter, or if I didn't mind waiting a refurbished camera with a working adapter!! Went for the extra camera which arrived very quickly. Very happy with both the camera and the support I received from the seller. Top Marks!!!

Would zero star it if possible.Crap. No support. Terrible audio. Constant problems. Completely unreliable. Avoid avoid avoid.
