Really makes you square your shoulders and tuck your tummy in. The front strap is really great… nice snug fit when working around and able to unhook if you want to lie down. I got my regular size and it has held up great.

The material is very nice and the product is well made, but even though I ordered up one size as suggested by other reviews, I could barely pull it on over my head and shoulders let alone wear it. Then it was almost impossible to get it off! I can't recommend this product

I love this. It immediately pulled my shoulders back and I feel it’s just what I need. The straps criss cross in the back and then you hook them in the front. Looking at the picture makes it easy to see how it goes on. The material is perfect. Seamless and stretchy. I got a small and I’m a tiny person and it fits great on the loosest setting so I’d say it runs small so size up.

Difficult to put on and uncomfortable. Back fat accentuated. Good support and looks good from the front.

I followed the sizing chart and this bra makes my breast hang lower than normal. I am not happy with this purchase at all.

Ladies with heavy boobs - this is not your bra. Please move on. I’m a 38-40DD and ordered the XXL as Amazon suggested- stupid. I don’t even think I’ll try the XL for a few reasons: zero and I mean zero support - your boobs are still going to end up coming through your pretty open toed shoes; wtf is up with this tiny, thong panty string that is supposed to help pull your posture up - all it did was cut into my skin. Nothing moved. Nothing supported. There’s nothing. The material, fit, and quality is cheap. No functionality to this material at all. Lastly, it’s ugly and thick under your shirt. Hope that helps.

I have bought 2 other posture correction bra. Then I bought this one. It has brought my shoulders back and improved my breathing. Bottom line I LOVE THIS POSTURE CORRECTION BRA!!! With my shoulders coming forward, puts pressure on my neck. It has helped that as well. I have a professional neck traction unit, but being 79, can't get up from the floor if I go down. I've tried it on my bed but I just thought I would buy this inflatable neck traction to..together my posture has improved 80%.
