I got this back brace about 7 weeks ago because I’ve been working from home and my posture has gotten terrible from slouching at my desk all day. The adjustable straps make it pretty easy to get a good fit and the X-shape design doesn’t dig into my armpits like some other braces I’ve tried before. The material feels decent quality and isn’t too bulky under my shirts, though you can definitely tell I’m wearing something if the shirt is fitted. I like that it has those two support bars that you can feel helping to keep your back straighter. The instruction sheet was helpful for figuring out how to put it on properly the first few times. What’s nice is that it’s not too restrictive - I can still move around and do normal activities while wearing it. However, I’ve noticed the straps tend to loosen up after wearing it for a couple hours and I have to readjust them, which gets annoying during long work days. Also after about a month of regular use the velcro isn’t sticking as well as it did initially. The padding around the shoulders is comfortable but has started to compress and isn’t as cushy as when I first got it. For the price it’s doing what I expected and does remind me to sit up straighter throughout the day. Just wish the straps would stay tight longer without having to constantly fidget with them.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I made a wrong move and some how messed up the middle part of my back. The one my doctor gave me was super uncomfortable and didn't support me at all. I came across this one and thought I'd give it a try. Not only was it a lot easier to put on but the moment it was on, I instantly felt the support I wanted and very much needed. Since wearing this, I have been able to move a lot better and noticed that I'm not needing to take pain medication as much. I can wear this under or over my close which is great. The fit on this is perfect, but I did read the measurements to be safe. The velcro on this is really strong and even if I bend over or sit down, I never feel as though its going to come undone. I did find that hand washing this is a lot easier but hang drying doesn't take long. Since wearing this, I'm noticing that my back is healing a lot faster and I'm no longer limited to what I can and cannot do.

Love this posture corrector, just feel like I am constantly adjusting it but that could be maybe I bought the wrong size. It helps so much especially if you are a lady with large breast.

Update: After 3 days I had to return it. Due to how small/right it was, it felt like my kidneys were bruised. Very painful. Got the XL which is supposedly up to a 42 inch waist size. I'm a 38 and it just barely fits. These run extremely small.
