Leashes for our furry critters are one of those things you have to live with to decide what works and what doesn't. We've used this one for a few weeks, and I'm pleased with it. The integrated light is a pleasant surprise; it's handy in low light conditions, and well integrated. The retractable leash works well; the 'chew resistant' cable is about 3' of plastic coated wire cable, which doubles as well as a short connector for pet restraint (we used it in a golf cart to tether the dog to the seat while riding). Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I use this leash for my beagle, I find that it does not roll in well when walking your dog.

Had this for about 2 weeks and it’s working fine. Got it for new golden retriever puppy. Will have to upgrade when dog gets bigger. Light strong enough to find little poopers present after dark but you won’t be performing search and rescue missions with it.

It's a safety issue. When twisted, the line won't retract and have had to try to gather up the line fast in time to avoid getting hit by cars.
