I purchased this because Breathe, manufactured by Host Defense, became unavailable. The bottom line is that utiliboost lung doesn't work nearly so well as Breathe did. But, it's superior to using a product like Advair. Both Breathe and utilitiboost lung contain various mushrooms. 5 years ago, I was diagnosed with old age asthma and given Advair. Advair cut down on the chronic cough but made me hoarse. I'm a primary eye care physician and have to be able to explain things to my patients. The ability to speak is paramount. Breathe got me off Advair. Utilitiboist lung is keeping me off, but I'm coughing a lot with this than I did with Breathe.

I'm a 220 lb male. So, typically, to get a therapeutic dose, I have to take more than the recommended dose of any product to feel the effects; usually double, sometimes triple. That said, other herbal supplements I've tried for lung health work much better for me. That's not to say that Swisse Lung Health is not a good product it's just that for me there are products that work better. My go to is RidgeCrest Clear lung. Dr. Christopher's Lung and Bronchial works well for me as well.

I bought it as prevention against covid-19 and it delivers what it claims. Inmediately there was a change in breathing and a nostril that had been stuffy for years the air flow started being easy-going, felt like more lung capacity and when tested the lungs retained air above a minute without any discomfort every day, every time for these past 5 months. Have recommended it to family and friends and Would keep on buying this formula.

I used this for asthma, the antibiotics from doc doesn’t work for me but with this meds, asthma and wheezing is gone.
