Best fit ever
These are the most comfortable sneakers I've ever had. I have a bunion on one foot, and the box toe is perfect for it.

Hard insert but they work for me!
These have a really wide toe bed as advertised, they fit to size and are lightweight but the foot bed is hard. If you don't mind using your own insert if you want a softer foot bed, you should be fine. I have one foot that does fine with whatever shoes I buy, the other foot, a higher arch and everything hurts it, I have to take out any insert that comes with shoes and add my own flat one. These seem to have a good arch support insert but to me it's very hard, no give. They're pretty shoes. I love the maroon color.Today I walked 3 miles in my Brooks, then I came home and decided to give these a test walk, if you will, after my one foot was already a bit sore from the Brooks, I laced these up and took off, I walked 1 1/2 miles and no foot pain. So, for me, the hard foot bed is going to work out! YAY These were a lot cheaper than Brooks.

Almost perfect
I bought these in both the men's and the women's version. In purchasing them this way, I ended up with an EU 41 and EU 42. I have noticed for the length, you may want to go up 1 full size from your normal size. I normally wear a 9 1/2 to 10 women's size and the 10w in this shoe just fits in the length. I should have ordered the 11w (which is the equivalent of the EU 42 mens). I've never purchased or needed an 11 before in any shoe. The EU 42 insole is the same size as my 10w new balance 840 insole. The toe box in these are comparable to Altra shoes. Very wide and allows for good toe splay. Perfect for anyone looking for that feature. I've noticed some reviews say the toe box isn't deep enough, I have not experienced that. I can cross my big toe over my little toes easily within the shoe. Plenty of wiggle room for me.When you put on these shoes, it seems they are stiff in the sole. Not much cushion as compared to many other tennis shoes. They do seem to soften some over time. If this is an issue, the insoles are removable, so you could get something with more cushion or arch support if needed. The tongue on the shoe could use some more cushion. I notice feeling the laces on the top of my foot. I might just be a bit sensitive on the top of my foot though. It has not caused any blistering. I've also noticed the same on my 840 new balance on one foot. So its not just a Bronax thing. As far as the design, I'm not crazy about the silver design around the heel. Looks kinda cheap IMO.All in all, if Bronax would change the size chart by one size, add some more cushion to the tongue, and get rid of the silver design by the heel, I think these shoes would be absolutely perfect. With that being said, at 1/3 of the price of comparable wide toe box shoes, I will gladly take these. Im sure i can figure out the top of the foot situation by trial and error of adjusting the laces. And i can deal with the design on the heel. It's rare to find a shoe to fit, and these fit perfectly. I actually ordered them on Amazon and they came the same day I left for a vacation. I wore these the entire time traveling, did a ton of walking, and did not experience any real pain or rubbing. They didn't need to be broken in, they just fit from day 1. I plan on purchasing more colors of these shoes. I hope Bronax comes out with other designs of shoes with this toe design, I would love to have even more options.Added: after about 1 month of wearing, the tongue of the shoe is no longer bothersome at all. The shoe has broken in and the cushioning is absolutely perfect. They no longer have that stiff feel to them. Neither of these things were dealbreakers before, but the shoe has become even closer to perfect. After 1 month, they also still look new.

worth trying
I bought these shoes not knowing what to expect. So far they have been a value for the money. I am a teacher and literally wear these every day to work and outside of work. The wide toe box is amazing! I love the color and so far they have held up. I have debated buying another pair when these do go out. The material is perfect and I highly recommend these. I got them to test out the wide toe box. My plan was to get a more expensive pair if I liked these. I like these so much, I do not need to get a more expensive pair.

Wonderful If Only The Teenager I Purchased Them For Could Be
Tell me if you've heard this one. You have a teenager who thinks they know everything. They are on the honor society maybe. They haven't gone to jail for anything yet. They hang with the "right crowd" and clean the litterbox within 3 days of being told to do so. They even have a job say at an ice cream shop where they have to stand the entire time for maybe 6 hours and complain their feet hurt. They never stand for more than 5 minutes at any other time except when they are playing a sport and they complain their feet hurt. You as their parent send them to the mall to buy shoes let's us say but they can never find anything in their size that is under oh $500. Your teen has fat, flat size 11 women's feet. So you order these shows and another two pairs from Amazon. The other two pairs arrive first and she hates one of them for no reason other than she does. Ok. Those will go back. The second pair of totally black shoes, which I put on her feet while she was blindfolded so she didn't judge them by their looks because they didn't have a swoosh or Jordan on them, she said felt good. After removing the blindfold she hated them even though they were very comfortable. She said she would keep them for work only. The next day these black shoes appeared. Same thing, blindfold, I put them on, she's moaning she didn't need another pair of black comfy shoes. Blindfold off and she says she doesn't need another pair of comfortable shoes because she has the other ones that she plans to throw out before college begins in August because quote, "You don't walk anywhere in college but a few steps." God give me strength. We just went to Admitted Student Day and walked for miles! She complained her feet hurt. I complained my feet hurt. She rolled her eyes. I rolled my eyes. He dad rolled his eyes and burst out laughing. So anyway, I have to return these shoes because she said as comfortable as they are they don't have a swoosh or Nike thing or Jordan thing on them. All shoes that are uncomfortable and sitting unused in her closet currently have Swooshes or designer logos. I know in September I will be reordering these same shoes. They are exactly what she wants though they lack a designer emblem. God needs to give me the strength to continue to find the humor in teenagers and just roll my eyes back at them. BTW these shoes were easy for me to put on her feet, they are very well made, and they fit her extra wide size 11 or 12 women's feet nicely but what do I know? Only negative was they didn't arrive in a box and they had no tags on them. They were in a plastic bag that read, "Ready To Ship," which is usually used for returns, however, they do not appear to have been worn. Please put some Swooshy logo so my teens thinks they are designer and then send them back to me!
