R-fun Compatible with AirPods 4th Gen Case, Full Drop Protection Auto Pop-Up Lid and Lock Design with Cleaner Kit and Keychain for AirPods 4 2024-Sky Blue

This is an easy review as I knock my AirPods Pro case around in my pocket. I found these in Amazon's search results while looking for a solid solution to protect my investment. I decided on these mostly because they looked cool. But also I loved seeing the locking mechanism on the front.When I received them, the cleaning tool was a nice addition. But the ultimate win for me is how the lid is pushed open magnetically when releasing the locking mechanism. I was so excited about this that I showed the case off to everyone - sometimes with a "you have to see this" to a flashy, nonverbal demonstration to illicit interest from onlookers.I've owned two of these, largely because I really wore the first one out with constant abuse (whoops). The build quality is outstanding, feeling excellent to the touch. It feels like quality, and behaves like it too. The white case with black accents looks clean. But I do wish I could get other color patterns in this design.I even bought a 3rd set for my daughter's AirPods (4th Gen) recently as I've loved my case so much. She's a teenager, thus can be somewhat of a downer. But she really loves her case too, showing it off when she can. She wanted a Hello Kitty case, but let me know on the ride to school one day how much happier she is with her case than with a novelty Hello Kitty case.Would I buy again? Well, I already did, arguably 2 more times. And yes, I'll buy a third once I wear out this one. The price is excellent and its function punches way above its weight class.

So this really exceeded my expectations for nine dollars. Not only is it a rugged build and very light and it looks good. The reason that I needed a new case was because my last one always had the lid part of the case falling off this one does not have that problem whatsoever. And if that wasn’t great enough, it has a little clip to hold it shut, which is something I never thought I needed, and I still don’t know if I needed it necessarily. But the fact that you can push the clip open release button in the lid pops all the way open is nice and pretty satisfying. I bought the white and black one and the one thing that I would change about this would be that the back face panel would be white. The hook for the carabiner would be on the other side, which would also allow for a hole to string into the built-in loop anchor. And if I’m really gonna go all out none of that really matters I guess if it had a room for an AirTag that would be cool. But ultimately, I have no complaints. I’m extremely happy with it especially for nine bucks. Some people might find that is a bit bulky-but it doesn’t bother me, when needed I just remove it from the case anyway. I’ll probably buy another one with different colors and more contrast and brighter so it’s easier to see but yeah 10 out of 10 to recommend.

Love the case. Provides great protection. Makes it a bit bulky but if that is not an issue for you I recommend it. It will allow you to charge wireless with a standard wireless charging stand with no problems and keeps the lid securely in place. They provide sticky tape for the lid but you don’t need it and I would recommend trying it without first. Could see it as a problem to remove at a future time.

The media could not be loaded. This case is amazing! It feels very well built and it’s a good size, at least in my opinion. It is a bit bulky, so if you’re wanting something smaller, this might not be great. The top and bottom parts aren’t attached, but that makes it better for me. I think it’s a great value for money, and would recommend it based on that. It comes with a cleaning tool, which is great (if I knew how to use it 😅).I posted several pictures with my review, and a video to explain the little black piece. It is NOT part of the case, but is used to remove the actual AirPods case from this one. I hope it’s helpful to somebody 😂Also thought I should mention that there is a small brown piece of paper on the top part of the case, on the inside. Remove that and there’s sticky stuff to help keep the lid on the case more securely.My only complaint is the color. I ordered the pine green and it seems lighter in the pictures than what I got.I’ve only had it for a few days, so I don’t know if it will last a long time, but I think it will. Will update though.Other than that I would highly recommend the case!

Love the color and the little cleaner tool. After dropping my AirPods in just a silicone cover a couple of times I discovered that the case lid just flies open and allows your pods to launch out in different directions :D I drop tested this case and was very pleased to find that the lock does in fact work, plus it’s easy to open and shut!Edit: I’ve had this case for a few months now and it does work well and look good still. I don’t really drop them as often since I started using the clip of the case to attach them to my bag, belt loop, keys, etc. but the black lid latch has come off on the wrong side a couple of times. Instead of the top releasing, it sticks to the lid and the bottom of the latch slips out. I’ve been able to get it back in both times and it seems to be fine

Great quality case and hard plastic. Magnet closure is string enough to keep the lid close. Easy installation, great value for your money and works well in keeping your investment safe.
