Great texture, thick and creamy
What a great shake. I make a shake each morning with skimmed milk and it is lovely, thick and creamy. Packed with vitamins this shake is a great way to start your day. Good value for money also. I don't use it as a slimming shake but it does maintain my weight and keeps me full until lunchtime. Easy to use as a scoop is included so a shake can be prepared in minutes.

Lovely taste and texture
I love this chocolate flavoured slimfast, seems to be keeping me full for a couple of hours and taking away the craving for something sweet

These are a lot cheaper than other varieties and been around a long time, but the taste is a bit bland. Good for skipping one or two meals . I prefer them with semi skimmed milk rather than skimmed. A shaker cup is a good idea.
