The thing about dates is one must know where they are grown. I’ve found living over seas a lot of other countries don’t use anything except nature to grow their produce. Even if it costs more I take quality over quantity. I know it’s safe. The only down side to these dates is they are 24grams of carbs. Serving size is too. If one has dietary restrictions cut them in half. Trying to stick to Mediterranean Diet for health reasons. Dates are a good replacement for seeets or pastries. One a day is enough. 🤙🏽

Taste good

Have been shopping around to add some new flavors into my dishes. They have a mild, smooth flavor, not overly sweet, with a light caramel taste. They have a nice chew & the consistency of a soft caramel candy (Like the homemade caramels Grandma used to make!!). Will be perfect for adding a different depth of flavor to barbecue sauces & such...Would recommend them to use as a natural sweetener in things such as smoothies & baked goods. They arrived fast, in good condition & haven't dried out or developed any sugar crystals, so have been properly cared for, harvested, packaged & stored prior to delivery!! Will definitely be purchasing more in the future!
