robust!
Used it for 2 gallons, had a good, strong fermentation in my plum wine, petered out at about 14% abv. Can't complain about that! Looking forward to cracking a bottle at Xmas.

Seems to work well, at least on the blackberry wine (~11%) which is the only brew I've tried it with so far. Not the fastest fermentation, but clears and compacts quickly when done.

Yeast did not start up. I'm making wine's for very long time I do know how to use yeast. I have used those first time so it could be just unlucky bag.
