This qualifies as a substantial product.its lightning fast ,maybe too much so.its great on flat surface but off-roading will be the walk of shame if you don't quickly learn to hold back on acceleration. The unit itself is magnificent, the paperwork is lousy. You get the safety rules and copyright warnings and a decent disassembled parts list with numbers and in every language I think. I finally figured out the QR codes will take you to more information . That should be noted somewhere at the beginning.not everyone is familiar with QR codes and what purpose they serve .I barely caught myself before I made a scene and acted foolish.although it's not really a toy it's also not reference grade either but it will still be fun running it for all its worth.tge last rc car I remember playing with was a toy . It was the General Lee and it had a wire running to the little control box and it only went forward.and reverse by yanking on the cord.this is not that one. In addition the QR codes take you to you tube videos which I abhor.some do nothing and another one was repeat of paper work that came with buggy. So I'm on my own trying to figure it out .some weeks later i will add this little car is one tough guy. i can hit a speed bump in the parking lot at about thirty mph and it will do 4 flips and three somersaults before hitting the ground and keep right on going. ive only done this twice as most other times it would have been catastrophic so its not recommended it be tried, its just a testament to the good build quality i have experienced. and it will shred tall grass like nothing you have ever seen.if it had blades attached to the wheels it would make for some interesting yard artwork

Didn’t expect much at this price point, but this little Rlaarlo 1/12 buggy completely blew me away. Out of the box, it’s well-built with solid hardware, metal components where it counts, and actually feels more durable than some of my more expensive 1/10 rigs. Performance-wise, it rips. I run it on 2S mostly, but threw a 3S in and it’s borderline insane — wheelies on demand and legit top-end speed. Suspension is decent right out of the box and soaks up backyard jumps no problem. I’ve taken a few tumbles and the buggy’s held up way better than expected. Nothing fragile here. Battery life is solid — I got close to 20 minutes of mixed driving, and I wasn’t babying it. The controller’s basic but responsive with good range. Only thing I’d upgrade down the line is the tires — they grip okay, but if you’re bashing on asphalt or loose dirt, you’ll want better traction. Overall, this thing is a blast. Great for beginners but also fun for guys like me who’ve been in RC for years. For under $200, it’s kind of a no-brainer. Would absolutely buy again.

ARE YOU KIDDING!!! This RC car is bananas. It is so impressive. The build quality is next level and way above average. The skid plate is very hefty aluminum, the suspension is built to last, the tires are awesome. Just look at it. It is gorgeous. I am DEFINITELY buying more. Its turned out to be my favorite RC car. Super nimble and extremely fast but VERY durable. I can't believe the price either. What an absolute gem. The battery is very good quality even. Buy it, try it, you will LOVE it!!!

This RC Buggy is outstanding! I have had no mechanical or physical issues with this buggy at all. The Rlaarlo X12S Buggy runs excellent. The buggy is fast with the installed pinion gear and very fast with the additional pinion gear Rlaarlo was so gracious to include. I have not exactly been easy on the Rlaarlo X12S Buggy and I have not had any failures as of yet. While running on the pavement, I have had the tires catch an edge and the Rlaarlo X12S Buggy rolled end for end six or eight times. I thought for sure the rear differential housing was going to need repaired just like the others I have watched on YouTube. But to my amazement, there was no damage other than some scratches on the wing and the shock cap protectors. The shock cap protectors were included and installed from the factory and they have been great. If your Rlaarlo X12S Buggy does not have any shock cap protectors installed, I would seriously think about purchasing them. Every time the buggy has rolled, the shock cap protectors and the wing have taken the brunt of the damage. The shell has not taken any damage as of yet. I purchased the Rlaarlo X12S Buggy as a birthday present for myself in September. I just turned 59 years old and the Rlaarlo X12S Buggy was my very first RC vehicle but it will definitely not be my last. This will also not be my last purchase from Rlaarlo. Rlaarlo has several other RC vehicles I am interested in purchasing. The X12S Buggy is very fair priced and is also definitely worth the price for an outstanding RC vehicle. If you are thinking about purchasing a Rlaarlo X12S Buggy for yourself, do not hesitate any longer. Just go ahead and purchase it. Hopefully, you will have as much fun with your Rlaarlo X12S Buggy as I have had with mine.
