This is my 2nd purchase of this product. The benefits are numerous, including for heart and skin health, the capsules are of a size and shape that make them easy to swallow, no smell or bad taste either when taking or later on. I'm satisfied that this is an excellent quality product, and will continue to buy them.

I ordered these Tocotrienol vitamin E supplements after learning about the difference between regular E's and Tocotrienol's on Dr. Berg's youtube video. I take them for my heart health and like them because they are easy to swallow and better for you than regular Vitamin E. 'Studies over the past several years have shown that supplementing with high doses of alpha-tocopherol either doesn’t work or may cause harm—by increasing the risk of cancer and heart disease.' If you are taking regular Vitamin E, it is time to change to Tocotrienol's and this brand sell them at a very fair price. This is the second time I have purchased this particular brand and a brand I will be sticking with in the future.

This has the type of vitamine E that YouTube doctors claim is the best, so that's why I take it. The capsules are average size and easy to swallow. I prefer the capsules because they don't stick together like the squishy little bean style pills do.

I do think these work. I was tested low in vitamin E through my naturopathic tests. Since this was the only thing I added in May, and its 5 weeks later these are the benefits I received: no more insomnia! That was surprising benefit. Also a calmer heart which is why I was seeking to try tocotrienols. No more racing heart if I get an simple anxious thought. I do recommend those with insomnia might try it and let the rest of us know if that helped you too. Also it is best to get a Nutrient test for your vitamin deficiencies first, and not at your a regular MD as I think in general is not a complete picture to check for deficiencies in just the bloodwork.

This is my second purchase. I believe they are doing something good. I don’t have definitive proof but I do feel better. I tried taking the other form of vitamin e and experienced body aches and signs that it wasn’t the right supplement for me. This form/brand of vitamin e I don’t experience that. The capsules are clear and you can see the bright orangish/amber oily contents inside.

I was looking forward to using a mixed tocotrienol product. Despite the mixed percentages not being shown, I believe that these are alpha-tocotrienol 29%, beta-tocotrienol 1%, gamma-tocotrienol 41%, and delta-tocotrienol 10% since the source is red palm oil as shown in one of the pix. Note that red palm oil also contains alpha-tocopherol 19% which is omitted in the supplement facts. Some will say that the alpha-tocopherol will work against the tocotrienols. I also doubt that tocotrienols is 800mg per 2 liquid capsules -- more like 400 mg tocotrienols and 400 mg of combined alpha-cocopherol + sea buckthorn oil. However, I will finish this bottle and then do blood test to see if it has any impact.
