Every now and then I have been looking for a good pre-workout complex that gives energy, but does not cause a supernatural heartbeat or “energetic collapse” after. And I can say that the C4 Original tasted Hawaiian Punch really well. ✅ What did I get: • Taste: Very pleasant - fruity, sweet, without any chemical flavor. Hawaiian Punch gave me childish juices, but without the cloying. • Energy and focus: 20–30 minutes after taking, you really feel a surge of energy. It becomes easier to concentrate on training, and it becomes more difficult to collapse. • Common side effects: I didn’t experience nausea, headaches or fatigue that happened with other pre-workouts. The heart beats normally. • Pump and vigor: I can walk more intensely and get less tired - especially during strength training and HIIT exercises. ❗Possible nuances: • Reduce beta-alanine, which may cause easier skin irritation (in my case, only the first 10–15 minutes, and this is what motivates). • It is not advisable to take it late in the evening - there is caffeine, which may prevent you from falling asleep. 📦 Packaging: The jar is strong and closes tightly. Good flavor not overly sweet or sour like other brands. It's the original C4 hits good but not too hard or soft easy to adjust scoops. The bottle the C4 comes in is huge and its only about half way full so getting the scoops is a hassle.

I’ve been a fan of C4 energy drinks for a while but hadn’t tried their tubs yet. This gives you a good energy boost and I actually really like the flavor. It’s sour and exactly as you’d expect from a sour blue razz flavor. It does give you energy without giving you the jitters or a crash when it wears down. It’s easy to use if you use the suggested amount and put it in a blender bottle or stir it well.
