It tastes good, but didn’t dissolve as well as I hoped. It’s a little too much caffeine for me and left me jittery so I will probably cut the serving down to half in future use. Otherwise it does the job.

This pre-workout really works! It gives me a great energy boost, and I feel much better during my workouts compared to training without it. I did feel some tingling in my arms, as mentioned on the label, but I believe it’s normal — I had the strength to get through a solid cardio session.

I’ve been using this pre-workout for a couple of weeks and it gives me a solid boost of energy before my workouts. No crash afterward. The Icy Blue Razz flavor is surprisingly good and it mixes easily with water. I also like that it’s sugar-free. So far, very happy with it!
