Arrived dented but the box was fine. It appears to be a manufacturing issue that was not disclosed There is no replacement option, which really sucks. Be leary if the price is too good to be true.

Really difficult to remove the lid.

This item doesn’t keep ice for a long, also leaks easily. I definitely not recommend., sadly because the other items that I have bought are really good, but NO this one.
