The OOFOS OOmy Zen Recovery Shoes are, without exaggeration, some of the most comfortable shoes we’ve ever worn. If we could use them every single day of our lives, we honestly would. My partner en I both love them.. What we Loved • Walking on a cloud: The cushioning is incredible. After long training sessions or back-to-back running days, slipping into these feels like instant relief. • Perfect for heavy training weeks: As someone who runs multiple times a week and does long-distance races, proper recovery matters. These shoes noticeably reduce foot fatigue and help my legs feel fresher the next day. • Lightweight and supportive: Despite being soft, they offer great arch support and feel stable enough for daily wear. • Breathable and easy to wear: Very comfortable for walking around the house, running errands, or using them post-workout. • You genuinely feel the difference: They take pressure off the feet and joints in a way normal casual shoes simply don’t. Could Be Better • The look is very “recovery shoe,” so not the most stylish option — but the comfort makes you stop caring instantly. • They can run slightly warm in hot weather since the foam is dense. Verdict If you train a lot, run often, or simply want unmatched comfort for tired feet, the OOmy Zen Recovery Shoes are absolutely worth it. They feel like walking on a cloud and make recovery noticeably better. Highly recommended for any athlete or anyone who values true comfort.

Great fit. Helps with walking. I have a bad hip and has helped with my walking. Less pain and able to stand longer.

I like the way this looks and feels. I have several other Oofos products and this particular style caught my eye. I do think it is more true to size unlike other brands of shoes I have recently purchased. I will probably return this and order one size down.

Very comfortable at 1st but the support doesn’t last very long. A few months in and they’re not supportive anymore.

These are so comfortable. They have greatly reduced my foot and hip pain.

Perfect for my serve flat feet. Opted for these over Superfeet+Hokas. Has a lot of toe room if you size up. Wears like a cloud on a rocking chair lol! It’s perfect and my kinetic muscle fatigue and soreness feel so much relief when I’m in these! Highly recommend! The fleet feet guy said that they form to your individual arch needs in a few weeks. I can see that despite not feeling a significant difference from day 1. I got 2 colors bc they’re THAT good!
