Urban Platter Cajun Spice Seasoning, 80g (Bold Blend of French, African and Southern American Flavours | Spicy and Aromatic | Great for Fries, Grills and Stir-Fries)

I've been using this spice blend for almost over a month now & I'm in love with it. This is the first cajun spice I've tried so I can't comment on it's authenticity. But it's great - not just pure heat. Though the dominant ingredient is chilly, it also has pepper, mustard, herbs, onion powder, garlic powder & even some salt (although just a hint, so it's not too salty). It's delicious & well balanced, it's a great spice for western dishes or tex mex cuisine (tacos / burritos). I've used this as a marinade, in cooking & in final seasoning. I've used this on meat, vegetables & even in curd / mayo. Each time it works so well & enhances the flavour of the final dish. In the picture, I used it as a marinade over corn & paneer before baking. It also tastes good on fries, it's similar to McDonalds Piri Piri spice (but better!) I'm really obsessed with this. If you enjoy experimenting with western dishes but don't want to keep 10 different spices & herbs in your pantry, this is a good option. I would give this ten stars if I could.

All the products are really good i ordered 4 different flavored spices from urban platter and all of them taste really good. Its a blessing for someone who cooks by them self. Just sprinkle and you are good to go.
