I want to be able to cycle through any supplement so clean stand alone product is preferable.
It doesn’t cause digestive irritation. Been taking it for about two weeks now with calcium citrate from different brand. + multivitamins. It doesn’t have taste. The dose is RDA. And it is a stand alone supplement, without D3 which is good for those taking their dose from MV. 60 portions so really it was $15 not $30. (Payed for two month supply) So far I wasn’t disappointed about the price.

The best Vitamin K2!
I have waited YEARS for K2 Vital Delta to arrive! This is a non-fermented version of Vitamin K2 MK-7 that is STABLE and can be combined with other vitamins and minerals without losing its potency. I called the company of K2 Vital, to see if the Delta version had arrived in America as yet - and I FINALLY FOUND THIS BRAND, which I will be taking from now on!!!

Stronger Nails
I originally order this supplement by mistake (thinking it was combined with another herbal supplement) but I decided to try it anyway. I have always had weak nails and lately I have notice my hair falling out. Since I started taking the Vital - K2-7, I notice my nails are growing stronger and not breaking. Less shedding of my hair also. Hopefully it is also promoting my cardio health.

Careful! Description says 180 capsules. NOT! Only 60!
Misleading. Description says 180 capsules. There are only 60 capsules, which is stated on bottle. I am sure they mean 180 mcg per bottle. Very unfair. $30 for 60 ? Ridiculous!

It is so hard to find a quality k2 supplement ...
It is so hard to find a quality k2 supplement with a hefty dose that is not made of soy. Two of these tiny capsules a day gives more than the therapeutic amount of k2. A little higher priced than competitors, but I suppose one gets what they pay for.

If you have bone loss, you need this product
I have spinal osteoporosis, and my Naturopath recommended that I take this product along with calcium supplements. Research shows that K2 removes calcium deposits from arteries, as well as restores bone strength. This is vital, since our bodies (especially older women) lose the ability to absorb calcium into our bones. Without K2, calcium supplements can lead to hardening of the arteries. In just a few months, I have noticeably less bone pain. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, and can be taken with or without food.
