Excellent!! I ordered on 10/30 and received on 11/1. This chair is a really good chair. It only took less than 30 minutes to put it together. The back of the chair is sturdy and comfortable. This chair has a feature where it and the armrests can go high or low. In my opinion, one downside i had to say is that the metal ring near it the bottom of the chair is annoying ,sometimes and your leg can get caught up in it.

I've been using this chair for 3 weeks now, no complaints so far. Very comfortable, supportive and super easy to assemble. The mesh material where you lean your back on is breathable material that allows your back to get some extra air. So that being said, no sweating over here even for long hours.. The lift up and down hydraulic pump works efficiently and smoothly. Swivels 360 degrees without a problem. Sitting cushion is large, wide and thick giving the sitter ample space and softness. Overall, it's a great chair for those people like me to work from home!

Assembles in about 10 minutes with removing and cleaning up the packaging. 14 m6 screws hold it together, make life easy and grab a 5mm hex bit for a screw gun or just a T-handle when assembling. The recliner spring squeaks to no end though, started after about 20 minutes of use. The seat is super comfy, but the convex arm rests make typing awkward sins they can't rotate at all. The backrest has zero lumbar support but there is enough space between the mesh netting and frame to fit a small pillow or some cushion foam, so it works out. I can't speak to the casters, as I purchased the "rollerblade" type at the same time, which I highly recommend. They are amazing! I purchased this particular chair because the height, the vertically adjustable arm rests, and the reclining feature. If you're in need of the height for a tall work bench then this chair works great, but if you don't need the height then I would recommend looking at other options. I'm satisfied with my purchase but I'll be a lot happier after I fix the squeak and find the right type of cushion for the lumbar support. Edit: I fixed the squeak. Add WD-40 to the recliner spring housing and work it in by turning the adjustment knob and by actuating the recliner function. The squeak is gone! I also added a sponge type material inside the height adjustment housing just above the lever flapper. It keeps the flapper down and the lever up so it's not so far away from actuating the adjustment, this is a huge improvement for use. I have not found the right kind of cushion for the lumbar support yet.

I purchased this chair for work, it was easy to assemble and indeed comfortable. 4 weeks later, the shock in the chair will not stay up. I need a higher chair for work. So needless to say for the price I'm really dissatisfied and pretty disappointed that it lasted only one month. For that time, it was a very comfortable chair but now I have no use for it. I do not recommend purchasing this one since it was twice the price but performed like a cheaper chair.
