Works great for intended use on my stationary exercise bike. I like how lightweight it is and fits my water bottle perfectly.

I bought one of these exercise bikes last May, it worked fine until mid-summer and then started making noises when being used. I contacted Barwing 8/24/24 via text from phone number provided. They asked for a video of the problem, so I sent a video on Sep. 6. I did get a response that they would ship me a replacement machine body, but it never came. After several weeks and no response I texted again and the said to be patient they were having assembly problems. Time goes on and the symptoms got worse. The noise got worse and at zero resistance my wife couldn't turn the crank. No further contact from them. So I gave up on their lousy service and disassembled the tension housing covers, after removing the cranks, and discovered the problem. One of the two belts was misaligned and had chewed up part of the belt and that was what was causing the problem. I removed the torn pieces of the belt, re-adjusted the alignment of the drive wheel and that fixed the problem and it works fine now. I cannot recommend this produce due to the inferior customer service, essentially non-existent service. The bike seems well made.

Love this pedall bike. Easily to adjust settings to different heights and speeds. Very easy to assemble. The machine is very quiet no noises. Comfortable to sit on plus the quality is very sturdy.

I recently purchased this bike and was very excited when it finally came in the mail. However, upon assembling it together, I regretted buying it. The assembly process is extremely difficult and time consuming as it took me almost 2 hours to put together. I am 4’10” and thought I found the perfect bike as it “fits” those who are at least 4’6”. It does not suit shorter people as on the lowest settings and levels, I was still unable to reach the pedals. Speaking of the pedals, the left pedal (which was my last step in long assembly) was stripped out and would not screw in. After countless attempts to contact the manufacturer and getting no response (as many others have mentioned in their reviews after doing some more research), I ended up having to just return the entire thing which was also a pain to unassemble and put back in the box. Avoid this bike and manufacturer at all costs!!

Perfect bike for small places. Super quiet with additional workout options. Perfect for my needs.

Have over 100 miles on bike already. It did squeak a bit as others have said at first. But when I removed the plastic foot guards from the pedals the squeaking stopped. Seat does wobble a bit if I lean sideways, but other than that it works great and is quiet when pedalling.

I received the bike in a timely manner, was able to assemble it in less than an hour, and have found the bike to be of good quality for the price. So far very quiet. BUT it arrived with a broken pulley and I have not received any response for my request for a replacement part. When I call the number, it is a recording and amazon has been of no help in getting this resolved. I like the bike, but heaven help you if you need help with getting a problem with the bike resolved. Therefore, I am giving it a lower rate due to this.

This bike seems good, makes a few creaks when riding. however the monitor does not work and the company is awol they have not responded after 7 voice mails, 5 texts, and 2 emails. I need this bike for knee replacement rehab and getting it down the stairs to replace it is more trouble than it's worth. Buyer beware, the company has apparently gone belly up and is now ignoring issues. Amazon support has been no help either. I am so disappointed in this entire experience.
