SCYTHE SCMG-5100 Mugen 5 Rev.B CPU cooler - 120mm, black

Can't even hear what's happening in the case, need to open the glass lid probably, dropped my temps on unoverclocked ryzen 5 3600x at desktop from 46-48-52 celsius to 34-36-38-40-42 celsius, madness, used scythe thermal paste. Also easiest to install cooler ever, quietest ever had, and best cooling cooler i ever had

I have a Ryzen 5600x and replaced my stock cooler with this. The main reason I wanted this cooler was because of it's RAM clearance design, I have a smaller mobo and my stock cooler was blocking one of the RAM slots, very frustrating. This sites nicely above them thanks to the intelligence cutout in the heatsink. When my CPU is idle or under minimum load it sits around the 29-31 degree C mark, and it peaks out at around 60-62 degree C when under full load - most I've seen it hit was 69 degree C when stress tested. These are all significantly lower, by almost 50%, than I was seeing under the same conditions with the stock cooler. Really fantastic results.

I wont lie to you this cooler is much better than any cooler i have used, i had a intel cooler then a cooler master AIO liquid cooling system and it broke in no time, the cooling on this though is amazing right now as we speek my cpu temperature is at 31 and i have 3 apps and 5 tabs open, when im gaming it will jump up to around 50 but would never go over 60. Helps me overclock better and overall an amazing cooler

Good cooler for the price. Keeps my 5900x at about 65C in cinebench R23. I would recommend swapping the included fan something a bit more powerful like arctic p12.

I had never heard of this until I saw Carey Holzman on youtube use it, and I decided to replace my Noctua NH15 cooler with this and I have no regrets, the install process is much easier they give you a nice screwdriver and it cools better and it is much quieter.

Lower air temp compared to C/M Hyper 212. No problem with ram modules due off set heat pipes. Easily fitted to 1151 Intel 8700 c.p.u. after reading instructions. Quiet fan. Philips screwdriver included. Pleased, should last for many years.

really good cooler, temps on 23-24 on idle on intel core i5-10500. fits in my nzxt h510 case and was easy to install

Versand erfolgte einen Tag früher als angegeben und war gut und sicher Verpackt. Ich habe mich für den Mugen 5 Rev B entschieden, da diverse andere Kühler mit AM4-Kompatibilität urplötzlich ausverkauft waren und ich schon sehr gute Erfahrungen mit dem Scythe Mugen 2 hatte. Da ich noch einen Corsair ML120 rumfliegen hatte, wollte ich einen 120mm Kühler. Die Montageanleitung besteht aus Bildern, welche zum Teil in 6-8 Sprachen beschriftet sind und sehr eindeutig klingen. Der Schraubendreher ist Robust und passt auf alle Schrauben, auf die man beim Kühlerumbau trifft. Allerdings finde ich schade, dass kein Y-FanSplitter mitgeliefert wird, wenn man schon ein zweites Paar Lüfterklammern dazugelegt bekommt. Dies ist aber ein pures Luxusproblem. Pros: -kühlt sehr gut (R5 1600 (12T@3,7ghz) nach 30min stresstest auf max 58°C im Push Betrieb (Lüfter drehen auf halber Leistung)) -günstiger als Konkurrenz -zweites Paar Lüfterklammern für einen 2. CPU Fan, um Push&Pull nutzen zu können -robuste Bauweise/Verrutschen oder Knicken von Lamellen nicht möglich -guter Schraubendreher mitgeliefert -durch Federn an den Schrauben ist die Gefahr des überziehens eher gering -nette Scythe-Prägung an der obersten Platte und überdeckte Enden der Heatpipes Contras: -Lüfterklammern stehen ein wenig ab und könnten in kleinen Cases Probleme mit anderen Lüftern geben -bei AM4 Mainboards ohne eigene Backplate ist man aufgeschmissen, da der Mugen 5 die normale Mainboardbackplate nutzt

En çnemli, şey benim için SESSİZLİK. Almadan evvel çok araştırdım. Fuma 2, ninja ve mugen 5 arasından fiyatı açısından bunu tercih ettim. Oc yapmayacağımı düşünmediğim için böyle tercih ettim. Sesiz boşta 35 c çalışıyor. Anakartın genel yükselen sıcaklığına da yardımcı oldu. Eğer oc düşünüyorsanız ninja 5 veya fuma tercih edebilrisiniz. Daha önce noctua kullanan biri olarak kesinlikle alınması gereken bir ürün olduğunu düşünüyorum. Neredeyse aynı kalite. kutu içeriği zengin içerisinden çıkan termal macun yeterli. Boşta : 45 iken 35 e düştü Ortalama : 55 iken 43 e düştü Yükte : 88 iken 76 yı ne yaparsam yapayım geçmedi. En ağır testleri extrem değerlerde kullandım. Kesinlikle hiç bir şekilde ses yok. looks fantastic, dead quiet and is very efficient at cooling. it supports a wide range of sockets to fit on and comes with a magnetically tipped screwdriver as well. Installation is really straightforward and the included thermal paste is not too bad it seems. Running with the 2600, and it never peaks above 65 at 4GHz!

Heatsink fins were bent. No foam or cushion/wrap where installed.
