Asiatic Lily Mix -10 Perennial Flower Bulbs

I have never purchased bulbs before so I wasn't sure what I was doing but the instructions were perfect, the bulbs looked good to me and I planted them asap (7/11). I also purchased the another type of lily from the same seller and so I hope I'm reviewing the right one...either way, all of them have popped up so pretty! My pics are in order from week 1 until today. Not even a month and I see beauty on the way! I can't wait to purchase more from them!!

I live in Buffalo, NY. I ordered these before Easter and they came nicely packed (were dry and none appeared rotten). As the instructions say, I planted them right away - most in a large planter and one in a mason jar (to give as a gift to someone) with potting soil and earth worm castings. In a week they sprouted up. I kept them inside until frost risk passed in mid-May (NOTE: highly toxic to animals especially cats so leave out of reach). At that point they were 10-12 inches tall depending on spacing and had mostly green leaves with tiny buds. I then planted some in the ground and some in a smaller container (all in sunny spots). They grew to about 18-24 inches and formed nice buds and bloomed in early / mid-June. The blooms lasted approximately two weeks when the petals fell off. The colors were bright/ flourescent orange (first to bloom, kinda odd color, not my favourite), deep orange/yellow, red with yellow centers. I'm pretty sure the coloring varied based on the locations I planted them (variance in light, soil conditions etc.). Only one bulb was a dud and possibly due to overcrowding before I could plant outside. Next year I will buy again and plant directly into ground. I will update this review to say how this batch does next spring as they should rise again. **Remember to use deer spray if you have deer because deer LOVE lillies!

UPDATE: NOT PERENNIALS. I loved these Lily’s when I first got them. Every bulb I got grew strong, I received multiple colors and variations, they were healthy and gorgeous. After they were don’t blooming they all died. I contacted the owner and they said this is normal and that they will start again next year. This was NOT the case. They died and never grew back. Very disappointing. But if you want them as annuals they were great! Just know you’ll have to purchase more next year and replant.(Original review below)These beauties were delivered on April 1st I planted them the same day in an above ground planter and it is now May 29 and I already have two plants blooming and a third about to bloom. All 10 bulbs sprouted and have grown quickly and strong where I have the place they get a lot of direct sunlight. This is A fantastic deal I was originally going to buy them from a nursery online and it was three bulbs for $15 and on the way home I decided to check Amazon where I got 10 bulbs for $15 a much better deal and they are all doing amazingly. Upon reading the reviews I did notice that most people got all one color but that is not the case for myself so far even though I would've been perfectly OK with that. As of right now I have two plants with flowers and one about to bloom one plant is tiger lilies, one plant are yellow lilies and I believe the third plant that is about to bloom are going to be stargazers (pink). If you're considering buying these and you're on the fence just do it I highly highly recommend it best purchase I've made in a long time!Added a few more photos, more blooms!!

Expected bulbs to be dry with maybe some dirt. But bulbs looked wet & mushy (esp. roots). Anyway planted bulbs right away and plants now (2 weeks later) shooting out of dirt 1" as green as Toms thumb.1-starred Scent because just out of dirt and no flowers yet.

Iam very very pleased with this purchase. I had one 1 bulb that didn't come up. But highly satisfied with the results of the all the others. Beautiful bright colors and so simple to grow.

I planted watered and they all died I guess it was the wrong time of year

Another W&M purchase that disappoints. Not 10 bulbs but 8 & 2 moldy. I potted them same day but I know for a fact I’m out 2 lilies bc I didn’t receive them. We’ll see what happens with the others but I’m doubtful the moldy ones will mature. I won’t be buying anything else from this nursery.

I received the bulbs actually earlier than expected. All in great condition. They already planted! I highly recommend this vendor. This is my second order.
