This is a great mini-drone for beginners! Its small size doesn’t require an FCC drone transponder. The quick start instructions are clear and easy to use. I flew it in about 10 MPH winds with gusts to 16MPH base as measured by my local weather station. Despite the small size, the drone compensated for the wind very well and flew with a little, but very manageable drift, even for a beginner flyer. This is very easy to go from package to flight, main steps are to make sure you charge at least 1 or 2 of the drone batteries, and the controller. The remote connects to your phone through a small cable inside the phone bracket. The installed cable is USB-C, but there are other cables for micro-USB and Apple Lightning. The remote side is USB-C. Once connected to your phone, you authorize a data connection and for Apple at lease, access to your photos library to save photos directly. I didn’t use and it doesn’t require a micro SD card, but one can be put in the drone for direct storage. The stabilized camera is absolutely required for good shots and video. This does exceptionally well and easily compensated for drone movement caused by wind gusts. The 4K camera provides excellent photos. The remote flight controls are simple and easy to learn. The package includes spare prop blades, screws and a small screwdriver, three drone batteries with USB-C charging cables, and spare joystick knobs. The normal set is stored in the bottom of the remote when not used. This is an excellent package in a very nice carrying case which easily stores the drone, batteries, and all accessories. This is my 4th Ruko drone - their customer service and support is outstanding! They quickly respond to any concerns or questions, and all their drones work very well, similar to this one. You do have to download a new Ruko Drone app for this new drone series (U11). I didn’t hesitate to buy from them again when I was looking for a smaller drone.

We purchased two Ruko U11MINI 4K drones with Camera, including three batteries each. We had one up and flying quickly and it was easy to set up and we were able to get some great photos. The quality of the drone and the photos were excellent. These drones are a really great value for the price. The remote control was user friendly and the drone was easy to maneuver. The second drone we purchased had two batteries that didn't hold a charge and upon reaching out to customer service, they were extremely helpful. We sent a video showing the two batteries that were defective and they immediately responded and are sending a replacement. We would highly recommend this drone!

Shipping was, of course, fast and arrived in time for Christmas. The Drone is really nicely made, solid. Even better, as this was our first drone, were the instructions for setup, first use, and flying. Very step by step and I encourage any buyer to spend a few minutes looking at the videos. They are especially well done. We did have a little trouble, as one of the three batteries included wouldn't charge. 5 minutes on the website to submit a request and I received a fast and personal response to replace the battery. Very nice. We are excited for Spring for better opportunities to use the drone. It's good to know that when we mess up (likely) that Ruko is there to help. Highly recommended.

Great beginner drone I enjoy flying this very much however the camera is not a full 4K as advertised but still a very good quality picture and video capture I previously purchased one of their lower in drones and had issues with it The excellent customer service took care of me and even with this drone one of the batteries that was sent with the drone had issues I let them know and they immediately sent me another battery that arrived in just a couple days

I hardly ever write reviews, and mostly believe those who consistently do only find problems to nitpick at. I bought this drone for a project I need to survey some land and during the few times I've tested it it has worked without any issue. During a random spur of the moment trip this evening to catch a glimpse of where I work with the sun setting I sent the drone up, surveyed the area and sent it around another building, during this trip I experienced the only glitch I've had and the drone "returned to home" the screen display was frozen and I did not see the drone return, but upon finding it, it had crashed into the building and sustained some damage. Well Joyce from Ruko support responded to my message very late on a Sunday night and I could not be anymore impressed with a company and their support than I currently am with helping me solve the predicament I find myself in. The drone itself was very easy to learn to use, conmected quickly to the remote/my phone and provides one of the longer flight times I've found of any drone for any dollar amount. Needless to say I am incredibly impressed with the product and even more so with the company.

I bought the drone for family members as a gift. It was an excellent beginner drone with awesome features (4K video, 8K photo, 3-axis gimbal, longer battery runtime, and extended video/controller transmission distance). However, one of the three batteries was a defective battery. Customer service responded promptly to the phone call and they will send a free battery replacement. Great customer service.

This is my first drone. It is very easy to operate and has lots of extra features. It has a very long range and works well in windy conditions. The app has a lot of features and is easy to use. It also has direct customer support if you ever have any questions or needs. They responded and helped me right away.
