This is exactly what I was looking for, and it works like a charm. It fits between the tools for the Dyson so they can be used with Shop Vac 1 1/4" tubes. I have Shop Vac vacuums in both my wood shop and my home because they are much stronger than upright vacs, which makes them easier for me to use in cleaning both my Home and my wood shop.

I have an older DC07, and wanted to use some of the newer tools with my old style wand. This adapter does the job perfectly. Been using it now for six months, and it's showing no sign of fatigue failure. If you are in the same boat as me (older dyson, want to use new tools) don't hesitate.

I purchased this product because other reviewers said it would allow universal fit attachments to work on a DC 25. That is not the case. This product appears to be well made and pretty good quality but make sure you are purchasing it to fit Dyson attachments on another vacuum, not connecting universal fit attachments to a Dyson.

The part clips onto the furniture brush party perfectly. But connecting it to the DC07 hose, or the handle, relies on friction. It's a snug fit, and works.

I needed a replacement for my Dyson V6 hand vacuum, and went with a Ryobi because it has interchangeable batteries. I ordered an accessory kit (brushes, etc.) that was made for it, but unfortunately, the accessories were super small... something your dentist would use! So I ordered this adapter, and now I can use my Dyson attachments on the Ryobi. Works great.

I bought this item planning on using it to make my vacuum system more versatile. I have two cordless Dyson Vacs & would like to use other brush heads. I will be able to use it with attachments on my Eureka upright vacs.

After reading reviews for the Green Label Dog Grooming tool for Dyson vacuums, I purchased this adapter with the Dyson tool. It fit perfectly on the hose for my vacuum system and the Dog Grooming connected securely. There is a little bottom that you press to remove the adapter from the dog grooming tool.

Just like it was advertised. It works the same as a regular dog brush with the added feature of being able to collect it and putting it into the vacuum. Now, if we can just get the dog to stop being afraid of the vacuum...

It isn’t what I expected. I have issues attaching it to the vacuum hose.
