This is a great juban - the body material is not slippery, so it stays in place well, while the sleeves and skirt are an attractive white on white cherry blossom pattern. There's a piece of fabric hanging down the back of the neck to adjust how far your collar comes down in back, and the collar is open so you can insert a collar stiffener.
