HeelHugsSoft, Adjustable Heel Strap for Crocs – Waterproof, no Velcro Design

Durable adjustable heel hugs for crocs.
The media could not be loaded. These heel hugs look like they'll be a lifesaver for my son's Crocs! He got super excited when he saw them and was like, 'Sweet! These are gonna be great. I hope they don't break like my other Crocs!' I told him these adjustable ones with the padding behind the heel should be much tougher. They aren't stretchy, but they have quite a bit of adjustment, so you can make them smaller or longer, which is really cool. I plan on ordering more for everyone else's Crocs too. They are simple to use. It would just be nice if they came with the rivet that comes on the crocs because sometimes they pull out of the crock itself. That might be something that you could look into. They also feel really durable. The color choices are a fun bonus, and they look exactly like they do online. BTW, I forgot to mention they come with a year warranty.

Croc strap for master Crocs!
The only thing that would be better for these if they came with the rivets too. Only reason they get 4/5 Stars. The plastic is firm but does move easily, the heel cup is like a medium rubber or silicone. Hard to poke, but feels gentle on your ankle. The clips act like Velcro and actually have to snap on to stay together. I added them to a pair of Saguaros so I had some cheaper alternatives to crocs

Make sure you know how to remove your current straps!
TLDR: 1. Does NOT fit to ALL crocs, make sure you can remove your straps first. This product is probably for clogs.I have 7 pairs of crocs at home, with only half of them having straps. Others are regular slippers, so forget about them, let's just focus on my crocs with straps. For these ones I was hoping to replace the straps, I thought this would work. Because the description doesn't say it's only for certain crocs, but no, it just uses inclusive language, for crocs as if it'd work just fine. But no. My all terrain crocs (or whatever they're called, the ones without out the logo on the rivet), you have to first manage to somehow get the rivet opened and place the heels afterwards, which you need to research online how to do and get some pliers and tools to actually do that while trying to keep your eyes safe from ricocheting rivets! So yeah, once you manage to release that, you can now install these heel straps. Nightmare...Then, my crocs are $25 each (I keep an eye on discounts and bogo deals), and these are $20 by itself. So, if I'm buying accessories for my shoes, why am I almost paying the same amount? And that accessory even won't work for my crocs? So that I also need to invest in rivets as this is not coming with rivets? Ugh... Oh, I've seen other products which comes with included rivets...So, why just two stars? Because once this brand can update their instructions and target market properly, I'm positive they'll shine. The branding, the unboxing experience, the product, the quality is exquisite. Okay, thinking about it, I'm gonna increase the stars to 3, because with crocs clogs users' would easily swap it and start using it.I've -tentatively- added the 3rd star, because the padding on my new straps is squeaky and only touching my heels at one spot while the original crocs' is actually wrapping around my heels properly. So, it feels like I might have blisters with these new straps. Also, the comfort for shorter rides is not superior than my original crocs, there was no 'wow' factor. Let's see after some longer sessions of wears.

They fit great, feel solid, and don’t slip. I recommend them
Cutting to the chase, RecommendedWorked well for replacing a broken strap on my Crocs. Feels better to me than the originals. The TLDR (Too Long Didn’t Read) VersionI got a strap on one of my Crocs broke. They were easy to replace, and honestly, they fit better and feel better to me than the original straps. I just popped off the old ones and snapped these in their place. I like the system they use instead of Velcro, it makes for a very precise fit that does not slip. Also, the cushion pad in the center of the heel strap is very comfortable. For me, a definite 5-Star product.PLEASE NOTE: My reviews reflect my opinion of my customer experience with the product, based on its performance as delivered versus what the product’s description and/or pictures or diagrams may suggest.1 Star: Abysmal customer experience and/or failed to meet significant parts of its description.2 Stars: Poor experience, primarily as described, but second-rate and/or very poor value.3 Stars: Average experience, reasonably meets the expectation promised in its description.4 Stars: Good experience, meets all described expectations, and is a reasonable value for money.5 Stars: Excellent experience! Far outperformed all expectations.

Convenient for half sizes or extending life
The media could not be loaded. Strap is useful for extending life of smaller Crocs and also for heel padding. It was relatively easy to replace. It is harder to put this on than the original since the material is stiffer, but it is still manageable. The back has a less aesthetic strap than the plain original since it has an adjustable strap similar to an adjustable hat strap. It has a wide length range which is convenient. The padded heal part is slightly annoying when you try to put it on by just stepping down since it has high friction and will peel slightly while stepping down.

Strong
This strap is more than I expected. It is a harder but flexible rubber that can adjust to your size. The strap does have soft pad where your heel would touch so there is no issue with comfort. I was not expecting such a overly engineered strap but for this price I am glad it is. The loops are pretty solid so I do not think this strap will be breaking like some of the others.
