This water bead gun is so fun!! We went from Nerf guns, then upgraded to some really basic air soft ones with plastic beads that have to be shot one at a time, and this is our latest round. We are trying to scare off some invasive creatures that keep coming onto our property. I am an animal lover, so I don't want anything that would hurt/do damage to animals and these are perfect for that. They scare away the animal sufficiently without doing harm while letting me stay far enough back to shoot around it. The noise it makes is great because often the noise alone scares off the invaders, but it's not loud enough to worry the neighbors, but we also live on half an acre, so this would not be good for a backyard in a regular city with restrictions. I do like that it has a clear orange barrel built into it so that it cannot be removed. That is just plain stupid if manufacturers' make that a removable option. Despite what the description says, it did come with some water beads. There were probably about 11,500 overall based on estimates. There were groups with different packaging and on some the amounts were labeled and the others were not, but it seems like a good starting size, especially considering how quickly the ammo could be spent. The speed and amount of beads delivered is accurate. This toy gun is super fast and delivers a lot of water beads at once. I can see how a "war" with the invasive species or your husband could make you use that ammo real fast. Now all they have to do is create some glow in the dark ammo. That makes the game so fun! I also love that these are non-toxic, so no need to pick up spent shells! These little babies can just disintegrate into my yard, leaving no trace I was ever there...

Bought as a gift for 12 year old boy. He was thrilled. As were his friends.

Out of the box it will not shoot. Hopper works fine but the orbeez get stuck leaving the clip, before it enters the gun. Nothing comes outs. Pull the clip out and all the orbeez dump out. The exterior feels well built, but something is wrong internally. Absolute waste.

This is very sturdy and the flashlight is very realistic can't wait to fire this not sure yet how long I have to charge the battery but I love this blaster already
