I usually have a hard time with vitamins and often experience side effects, so I’m very cautious when trying new supplements. These have been great for me. The formula feels clean and well-balanced, and I haven’t had any of the stomach upset or other issues I’ve experienced with other multivitamins. They’re easy to tolerate and fit well into my daily routine. I really appreciate the quality of Pure Encapsulations products, and this multivitamin has been a solid choice. If you’re sensitive to vitamins or struggle with side effects, these are definitely worth trying. I will say they are LARGE and often get lodged in my upper throat for a few minutes but its nothing I cant handle. drinking a lot of liquid really helps them go down.

They seem to cover the more than daily requirements with no ill effects at all. All good here, this Company, Pure Encapsulations is thoughtfully sourced which gives us a quality product. I wouldn’t lie I actually recommend these to my patients. This brand and another brand are my top favorite. They make a difference. I use them during my pregnancy as well specifically the prenatal ones and now that I’m no longer pregnant I use the women’s nutrients otherwise I swear by these all day long.

I was given Pure brand vitamins from my naturopath. I had never tried this brand before. They are so clean and do not upset my stomach whatsoever. I’ve taken the women’s multivitamin for 2 months and really like them. The coating is not super slick so not very easy to swallow but also not a problem. I feel great when I take these vitamins.
