I noticed a difference right away. I can't tell what it's doing on the inside, but things are moving way better now. Will keep using this.

Since I been taking it I been going regularly ones a day. No backup no painful cramping. I have ibs +C.

I had zero side affects, but sadly zero improvement. I finished the pack - I felt no difference.

I am gluten sensitive. But find these have created a discomfort in my digestion system. Not sure if it's my gut or the combination of ingredients in this product.

Highlights gut and immune support with Corebiome, which some folks find beneficial. The capsule is liquid-filled and easy enough to take. Smell is a bit funky, but that’s common with butyrate based stuff.
