Really helped within half an hour, soothed my stomach cramps and helped me get to sleep, much better than a water bottle. They are very good but be careful not to let it touch your skin as it leaves a mottled area on your skin but are good value for money

My daughter has severe cramps. These have worked great for my daughter. She also likes that she can wear it without anyone knowing If she wears it to school. This might improve her attendance!
