This is an excellent product. Very tasty and filling with healthy ingredients.

Flavor is good a great way to stave off hunger when on a keto diet. The product itself was good, shipping from Texas via snail mail is the only issue.

These were delicious and hit the spot when craving something sweet but not wanting to sabotage my keto lifestyle. Convenient to grab and go.

If you had your gall bladder removed - don't' eat these. Tons of "good fat" in them but the body won't process it. I'm sure they are a good product for some people but for me it was like eating a bar of butter - super greasy and not a great taste, plus it went right through me because I don't have a gall bladder anymore as of last year and anything fatty, good or bad has me running for the bathroom at a rapid rate before I poo my pants. LOL!!! I wasn't happy with it but that doesn't mean other people won't like it.

These taste amazing and are great for my keto.
